Where are your products made?

BlackJack Candle Co. is a small, Oklahoma-based business. Our candles and home fragrance products are hand-poured or handcrafted in small batches right here in Oklahoma.

What type of wax do you use?

Our candles are made with 100% soy wax. We choose our materials carefully and test our products to provide a quality candle with an enjoyable scent and consistent burn.

Are your fragrance oils phthalate-free?

Yes. We use fragrance oils that are phthalate-free and paraben-free.

How strong are your candles?

We formulate our candles with carefully tested fragrance loads to provide a noticeable, enjoyable scent without being overwhelming. Fragrance strength can vary depending on the scent, room size, airflow, and other factors.

How long will my candle burn?

Burn time varies depending on the candle size, fragrance, wick, and how the candle is cared for. For the best performance, always follow the candle-care instructions included with your candle.

How should I care for my candle?

For the best results, always trim your wick before each burn and allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and always follow the safety instructions provided with your candle.

Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, special promotions, or periods of high order volume.

How long will shipping take?

Once your order has shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and destination. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and delays can occasionally occur.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders of $75 or more qualify for free shipping.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be able to be changed or canceled.

Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you have a question about shipping to a specific location, please contact us before placing your order.

Returns & Damaged Orders

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your BlackJack Candle Co. products! We accept returns on unused and unopened items in new condition.

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and ship approved returns back within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

What if my order arrives damaged?

While damaged shipments are rare, products can occasionally be damaged during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number, photographs of the damaged item, and photographs of the packaging so we can review the issue and help determine the best resolution.

What if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We'll work with you to correct the issue.

Fragrance & Product Questions

Can fragrance smell different from one product to another?

Yes. Fragrance perception can vary depending on the product, room size, airflow, and personal preference. The same fragrance may also smell slightly different in a candle, wax melt, car diffuser, or room spray.

Do you offer custom or special orders?

We may be able to accommodate certain custom requests depending on the product, fragrance, and availability. Please contact us to discuss your request before placing an order.

Are your products handmade?

Yes! Each product is made in small batches and receives personal attention from start to finish. Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in appearance, color, texture, or finish may occur.
