What is the return policy?
We just want you to love it! Should you run into an issue, contact us and we'll be right there to help in anyway we can. Email: BlackJackCandleCo@gmail.com
  • We accept returns for unused/new condition items.
  • Contact us within 3 days of item receipt
  • Ship items back within 14 days of delivery
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We take extra care in packaging all of our items before shipment to ensure they arrive in mint condition. Though the frequency of damaged items shipped from BlackJack Candle Co is very very low, breakage does occur from time to time. We include shipping insurance on each shipped order in the event damage should occur. Should you find your item has been damaged, please take a photo of your broken item inside the box with packaging along with a photo of your shipping label on the outside of the box. Please send these photos to us and a description of the items broke. We will be happy to replace those items as quickly as possible!
Please be very careful when opening candle orders as broken glass is sharp and can cause injury!

When will I get my order?

Most orders will arrive within 4-7 business days of placing your order. 

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. 

Once the package is scanned by the post office I have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. I am not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. 

However, I always want to make sure you receive the order that you paid for so please contact me at blackjackcandleco@gmail.com if you ever have any concerns with the status of your order.

Where are your candles manufactured?

Every candle and product we offer is hand-poured in small batches right here in Oklahoma. We take pride in crafting each one with care, using only 100% natural soy wax for a clean, long-lasting burn. Our commitment to quality means no shortcuts—just thoughtfully made candles that bring warmth and comfort into your home.

By producing in small batches, we ensure attention to detail and consistency in every jar. From our hands to your home, these candles are made with purpose and pride in the heart of Oklahoma.

Candle frosting & wet spots?

Due to the nature of soy wax, frosting and wet spots may occur due to temperature change.
Some candles may develop clear "wet spots" on the outside of the candle. Others may have a bit of "frosting" which is a flakey appearance. Neither will affect the performance of your candle and are completely normal traits of soy wax candles. No refunds will be issued for either trait.
